Refund Policy
If we are unable to complete the approved service, our no fix, no fee policy may apply depending on the type of booking and any special-order parts already requested with customer approval.
Diagnostic or inspection charges may apply in some cases, especially for advanced investigation, liquid damage assessment, data recovery or special-order work.
If a customer approves special-order parts or custom work, cancellation after ordering may be subject to a charge where those items cannot be returned.
If you believe there is an issue with completed work, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the matter under the applicable warranty terms.
